The hitchhikers guide to the galaxy! should i....?

I just read this book. People who have read it know its comprised of 5 books. But someone mentioned to me that others are not that great. This one was hillarious.

Does anyone know if i should read the rest? i.e restaurant at the end of the universe!!!

I read the second, I've forgotten the third..... quit while you're ahead. The first one was the only one really worth it. If you liked HitchHiker's Guide, you'll LOVE Good Omens. It's a collaboration by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett. Will have you laughing out loud from page 1. Terry Pratchett is, in my opinion, better than Douglas Adams. Try out some of the books from his Discworld series, particularly the early ones. They're amazing.

Lusi, THGTG is a real funny book. Like it mentions that Worm Beast!!! lol

Syani, can i ask why you didnt read beyond the second book? does it get boring?

StoneCold..... yes, it got boring, and just too scattered. The storyline kind of stopped being interesting and started going all over the place, and pretty much ceased to be funny. Although there is a conversation at a restaurant when a cow comes over basically selling itself for their eating enjoyment that is quite hilarious. :) Try Good Omens. You won't regret it.
