See that's why it's so difficult having a discussion with you. What's with all the wishy washy explanations.
I asked you a specific question whether you think he is a scholar because you had accused me of trying to malign religious scholars. You totally ignore that part.
Then I said that what he's doing is incitement and hate speech. You can either contend that it isn't hate speech and other people should be able to 'criticize' their opponents in the same way. Or you can suggest some way of stopping such hatred being preached.
Words matter in a country like Pakistan when it comes to religion. People's lives are on the line. The host of that show has previously called Ahmadis wajib ul qatl and two Ahmadis dies as a result. Most of these 'religious scholars' also hold the same view although they, thankfully, didn't articulate it in this program.

This person gave some reason for it.
The reason was that Ahmadis are against death penalty for their own reasons.
Remind you the whole program was based on this question if death penalty be waived on the order of President?

Yes, there are some so called religious scholars who spread hatred among different groups of people in Pakistan. They do need to be stopped by not giving them air-time.

There is other side of coin.
Religious scholars in general are being hated by some people who have their own ulterior motives.
Quite a few religious scholars have been killed by "unknown people" and Govt. has been useless in this matter to find and punish the culprits.
One of this program member did talk about it and he pointed towards India 'also', if I correctly remember this video.
In regards to Ahmadis being killed for something like this aired on TV. Its all speculations. No one in this program said Ahmadis need to be killed.
Should anyone in right mind believe that merely because of such program on TV, someone will just go and kill a Ahmadi Person? Seriously?

Yes, when safety of people is concerned no one should be overlooked.
Perhaps blaming insiders all the time needs to be stopped, since things are not getting better by this consistent ignorance of 'third parties'.

What responsibility has any Pakistani authority, institution, organization or branch of government has taken to date for any of this violent chaos? Has any of them? There have been 1000s of terrorist attacks inside Pakistan in 2014. What responsibility do you think which Pakistani authority should bear and take in these?

Seriously? You are asking me this question when internet and newspapers are full of so called either fake or true but depressed ‘Pakistanis’ to blame themselves for all the ills in Pakistan?
Some Pakistanis do blame themsleves before they blame anyone for something bad happens in Pakistan or India,…even when it turns out Pakistanis had no reason to be blamed for. Moreover, some officials of Pakistan come out and say it might be inside job on the first few days of any such event.
[Just to compare that: India’s first response is to blame Pakistan, even though the information which comes out later shows it to be wrong. But during that time India achieves its intended ‘benefit’ of maligning Pakistan.]
