..such is the graciousness for inspiration…you know the funny thing is how quickly you feel out of shape if you skip workout for few days…as if all the conditioning you have been doing over the months doesn’t matter at all..any way Ms. Femme, this is what you should do burn 2000 calories within half hr to energize yourself, you’ll feel on top of the world..
Re: The Height of Laziness…
2000 calories in half an hour
Is that even possible? I mean really? The most I have done is somewhere around 300-350 calroies in 30 mins ![]()
Re: The Height of Laziness…
^ it definitely is .we did this mountain in february..and one of the friends had a calorie meter on him, and at the end, which took us rougly hour and twenty mins he burnt like around 3500 calories
..i think running 4 miles in half hour should do it..
Re: The Height of Laziness…
4 miles in half an hour :exhausted:
I cannot run, period…which brings us back to the issue of laziness ![]()
Re: The Height of Laziness…
I can barely manage two miles in half an hour, how can you do four? ![]()
Re: The Height of Laziness...
Mehnaz, Femme still measures everything in meters but calls it miles. The darn British education system. She can do the conversion but laziness comes into play...

Re: The Height of Laziness…
well, after a good spell of training, i can do five miles in about 30 mins. it’s not something i would expect to do if i haven’t worked out for let’s say in couple of weeks. on the other hand, after at least three weeks of conditioning on elevated trails, stretching well and eating well really helps in cutting down on time…
if you would like to become a good athlete, then make sure that apart from cardio conditioning, you stretch really well after working out. it really strengthens your legs, giving you a good anaerobic push throughout while running…happy working out ![]()
