Missy having an assistant is what makes u lazy, you know you can dump work on her, you don;t have to do petty stuff, she screens all ur calls, she lies for you, she makes excuses for you, you can yell at her, you can blame her, you can summon her for whatever whenever. God I;m so mean. I never knew I had it in me 
So far only Afia and Fayz and AK have stayed on track.

hahaha AJ. You are so right. The sleep you spoil controlling urself or shivering is so not worth it. You eventaully have to give in in either case anyway so might aswell do it on first call.

well just the guilt of not going for a run today is killing me..laziness arite..i was going to skip it yesterday but went, and i felt really motivated until about 6:30..after couple of calls which lasted for an hr..i decided it was too late..or the wimpiness over took 
..then i went and had a huge fish n’ chips dinner and i feel just soo lazzyyy rightnow..femme actually i ended up being influenced..all your fault..you owe me a nice dinner..sushi it is
