Thats what it seems that seperates the 53rd and 6th cart from every other cart in the city.
Bro next time you're there go to Afghan Kabab House on Ninth Avenue b/n 51st & 52nd. You can sit down aram sai. Yes it's gonna be a bit more expensive then cart wala, but it's asmall place. Try their combo kabab with kabuli pulaw (it's the brown rice with sliced carrots, raisins and pistachios) or the plain brown rice if you prefer. On each of their table they have a bottle of white sauce, and then red and green sauce as well. You can go crazy with it. You're welcome. :D
There are a few different Afghan Kabab House restaurants. There are 2 in Manhattan and one in Queens I think and maybe elsewhere too, I’m not sure. I’m also not sure if the one in Queens is affiliated with the one in Manhattan. The one I am talking about is in Hell’s Kitchen in Manhattan on Ninth Avenue between 51st and 52nd street. It is also known as Afghan Kabab House #1](http://www.paklinks.com/gs/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=1) (the one on the upper east side is #2](http://www.paklinks.com/gs/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=2) , but it is not as good IMO. I have tried both) It is a pretty narrow restaurant and the tables are all back to back against the sides of both walls with a small passageway (leading from the entrance to the kitchen)for the one waiter who has been there for ages to serve everyone. He speaks urdu as well so when my friend and I used to go there regularly we would gupshup with him. #goodtimes](http://www.paklinks.com/gs/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=goodtimes)
