Agreed. And when full hair dye starts growing out it looks REALLY bad. Highlights in the baylayage technigque (no foils - the highlights are hand painted on) look natural and give the hair a sunkissed look and when it grows out it looks like ombre hair but not in a bad way - Kinda like Mila Kunis’s highlights.

Okay since you’ve mentioned Mila Kuni’s highlights, I love her hair in this picture:
