Bit weird to have mothers name, usually its 'I heart mom' or something not the actual name.

I can only guess having 'Mandy' tattooed across your chest would be an ex GF.

So my cousins best friend got a rishta recently and while talking to the guy during the ‘getting to know phase’, he showed her a tattoo of his mom’s name etched across his chest. We aren’t talking about a small tattoo inscribed on the side of his chest, supposedly it’s huge and ALL across his chest.
He asked the girl if this was okay with her before they go any further in the rishta process. She told him to get it removed if he still wants to marry her. In other words, “take it off or take off.” (another one: remove it or be removed. We had so much fun with this when she told us).. khair

So I was wondering what a lot of you folks would do in a situation like this. Other than this issue, the guy and girl seem to have a pretty good understanding and were ready to move forward with the whole process. Would you do what she did or does this indicate the sign of a big Mama’s boy and a big no no?

If it was a Name there (instead word “mama”, “mom” etc) then I doubt, it was his previous girlfriend

LOL... I guess the mother ensured he doesn't get to marry a girl he dates... eventually he'd have to go for an arranged marriage and shock the future wife :P

his moms name or just mom? because who thec heck has his mothers name tattooed anywhere on their body..it usually says, mom, mother or something of that nature...and that too a huge one? turn off.
imagine u doing it and his moms name is just sticking out like that..lol..not attractive

PS: Tattoos are haram..dont marry him just cause he has a tattoo! =)

The problem here is that its ALL ACROSS HIS CHEST.lol. Now if his mom had passed away and he had her birthday or something tatooed really small somewhere unoticeable that wouldn't be a big deal.

I wouldn't marry a guy with a tattoo end of, if i didn't have an issue with tattoos i would have an issue with the size of my mother in laws name in my face constantly

why does he have to be bare to show his mama's love ?... do it on his forehead so whole world can see it all the times...
or do it on his back or whatever so that at least its not the girl's face when she is trying to achieve the heights...
