Ok here’s my take on it ..

Mushroom Sauce : Fry onions , add a tinge bit garlic .. add in the chopped mushrooms and fry some more , sprinkle in salt and pepper , finally mix some creame Fraiche with beef stock and add this into the mushrooms … stir until sauce thickens , finally add in some thyme and the sauce is ready

..

I LOVE mushrooms. I have to try making this sometime.
