Anyways, here is my solution. I think we should have debate like we have here in the US. All of the candidates should be invited to have open and free debate on all issues including Mushrraf.

At end of the debate all them should be given a pistol with one bullet in it, and be asked to shoot the candidate they hate the most. Survivors will move to next round. In next round all of them should be put on an airplane and dropped without parachute from 10000 feet. And, final survivor(s) will become a president for life. If no one survives it will be a win win for the country, and if someone survives he/she deserves the presidency.

I hope you realize that in this entire exercise (which btw i highly endorse too :D) including the debate and the action that will follow, only 1 man is fit and highly likely to survive and win.
