I didnt see it but with a badtameez, baffoon like Sheikh Rasheed Sheeda Talli, the biggest lota of all times, I dont think what you said would hold any meaning… The fact that hes in the ‘pro mush’ camp makes them lose the battle before it even starts… Thats all Musharraf can come up with? Sheeda, Kasuri etc? Hes really desperate…

What is true about General musharraf
A day or two before presidential elections on a private TV channel there was a programme Great Debate. The speakers in presence of hundreds of audience were Sh. Rashid Ahmed, Raza Qasuri, Dr. Salman Shah, Sartaj Aziz, Sher Afghan, etc. The programme compares asked the Minister’s side to speak about General Musharraf for three minutes. Sh. Rashid took the mike and his first sentence was “General Pervaiz Musharraf is the one against whom not a single finger can be raised for any personal corruption” . He further added and which I definitely remember among other things praising General Musharraf is that “he has not made any house outside.
I had always respected General Pervaiz Musharraf from my heart. Though I never liked his policies the top one being that he has got surrounded himself with murderers, loan defaulters etc and that in his rule Tomato was being sold at Rs. 140/- and he is on record saying why people do not stop using tomato in their kitchens. In comparison to Benazir, Nawaz I preferred General Musharraf. But my this respect went down when I read three four months back in a foreign newspaper a small news item. It said that Begum Musharraf was going to USA for attending their daughter’s graduation ceremony and on return she would stay for two weeks in Bostom (or perhaps Hoston) for renovation of their house. Their house in USA? This shattered the picture I had about him. However hearing Sh. Rashid that General has no house abroad I felt my mistake that without any authentic information I should not had trusted on a foreign news item. My confidence on his to a good extent came back. But now I do not know what should I take reading that like other land mafia around him he too had taken a big piece of land around Islamabad for food and poultry purposes, got high quality special roads around his plot but is not producing vegetables and poultry on that plot.

It's ok, it was irresponsible sections of the Pakistan media which spread those lies, and when the the allegations were denied and they were told to find proof they could not, so they stopped reporting those lies.
