The girls giggle at me..

Dear Sobi/Shahreen Api

Assalam alikum

I am 17 years old. I have this problem, this girl about my age lives near my home. When I go out she looks at me and giggle, and gives me smile. I feel strange The other day there were other girls with her, she was pointing at me and others were smiling.
What should I do. I think she likes me. Should I talk to her ?
