They didnt do exact FPP. They did change the timeline. If you had noticed that when flash was running through time, there was a scene in which Barry Allen was handcuffed. So i am assuming that singularity they created is going to create a parallel timeline - Not flash point paradox but more on Legends of tomorrow idea.

The Paradox
Well there was definitely a massively unresolved paradox.
Eddie kills himself → no reverse flash in the future → Eddie doesn’t kill himself.
Other side effects of that:
No reverse flash in the future → Barry’s mom never gets killed and dad never gets jailed
→ No ThawneWells to make early Flash.
→ Entire first season never happens.
I hope they aren’t just going to ignore all of that and are going to try to explain why none of that happened.

I guess we will find out I’m beginning of season 2. There’s many routes they can go down.
