How much of you have or shall I say get the “spiritual” feeling after performing Salah (Namaz)
Well I do have that aura, that feel around me for sometime…
I have seen ppl praying for the sake of others also praying in a mehfil… wo to bus aisa hua… kay bhai aaj kul ye fashion mein hai so pehan lo… the spiritual feeling is absolutely not there!!!
so, do you get that feeling?
NOTE: I am not talking about Ramadan…

i dun get it at all :(..but i try and really wish that the spiritual feeling comes after salah and reading Quran too ..

I have made my very very modern cousins start praying by telling them about this feeling :) jinhoun nay aaj tak aik namaz tak na parhi thi, na he roza kabhi rakha!!!! ab paanch nahi to chaar namazaen to parh he layti haen

the feeling is unique...u cant even transfer it.
The ones who have this feeling are lucky ones. and others should pray for sake of ALLAH and the feeling will come itself, not for the sake of feeling itself.

well you are right that we should only pray bacause Allah has made it a farz on us and not for the feeling, but i really don't think there is nothing wrong with sharing about the good feelings you get from praying, and ofcourse we should thank Allah always

neha dear, Allah sees all your efforts, dil laga kar namaz parha karo ye khayal rakhke ke sirf is liye parh rahi ho kyunke Allah ne tum par farz kiya hai ye aur Allah sab dekh raha hai, I would suggest ke tum Arabic talaffuz (pronounciations) ke saath namaz parho, Arabic prounciation nahi aati to seekho kisi say, inshaAllah isse bohot farq parega, maine khud sahi Arabic main namaz aur Qur'an parhna seekha hai aur seekh rahi hun, Allah ka bohot shukr hai mera namaaz aur Qur'an parhne main ab bohot dil lagta hai

i dont know if its the same feeling you guys are talking about, but i notice that when i read namaz very slowly and carefully and end it with a long du'a, it really gives this ... sukoon kind of feeling, you feel more peaceful and there is this sense of relief. lol its hard to explain!

Some people get the same feeling from other activities such as meditating etc. Ask any believeing and practicing Chrisitan how spiritual he is feeling after praying or ask any practicing Buddhist (who is an atheist) how spiritual he feels after meditating...I do get that feeling after praying Salah and reciting the Quran also btw, but I guess it because I think that I'm doing the right thing and am on the right path...It's all just in our heads.
