ah im in the same boat as your friends :( However, I realise that im probably not getting the jobs as im just a graduate with zero experience in my field. I plan to rectify that by doing voluntary work placements this year InshaAllah. Hopefully, that'll spruce up my CV. :) As for what to tell your friends, if they like me dont have experience, suggest they do the same. However if they do, then maybe they could take up extra activities like SaimaBB said. And finally, all theres really left to do is to pray for it. Good luck to them!
