i would be afraid that i would forget everything i learned in my classes if the time goes beyond a couple months of unemployment…then the serious depression would start.

I was jobless for about 6 months…and only started feeling desperate and kind of depressed after 3 months..I did work but they were temporary/dead end jobs..but yeah it was pretty tough, b/c I felt I was qualified for so many jobs but I never even got a reply, forget ever getting an interview.

i’m in that boat right now, just finished with the deg and it’s been a month, the problem is that the people that have been laid off or unemployed for a yr are getting the jobs i’m skilled for so it’s these entry level jobs that we have to be a bit desperate in when looking, just to get experience.
