The term Hypocrite or Munafiq is used for such a person who is not a Muslim by heart but behaves like Muslims. However, Muslims should treat them according to their apparent gestures not according to what they believe in their hearts. The clear example is Prophet’ Muhammad (PBUH) leading the funeral prayers of Abdullah Bin Ubbay who was the chief of hypocrites of Madinah. Allah says in Holy Quran,
***That is because they believed, then they rejected Faith: so a seal was set on their hearts: therefore they understand not.
*** When thou lookest at them, their exteriors please thee; and when they speak, thou listenest to their words. They are as (worthless as hollow) pieces of timber propped up, (unable to stand on their own). They think that every cry is against them. They are the enemies; so beware of them. The curse of Allah be on them! How are they deluded (away from the Truth)! ***(63:3-4)
However, if it has become clear that a person or group of people is among Munafiqeen, then it is the responsibility of Muslims to beware of them.Again according to Holy Quran,
***“Nor do thou ever pray for any of them that dies, nor stand at his grave: for they rejected Allah and His Messenger and died in a state of perverse rebellion”*** (9:84)
May Allah enable us to learn Quran and follow the teachings of Holy Prophet (PBUH) in true ladder and spirit to please Allah Almighty in order to win the ultimate prize on the Judgment day.

Thanks for replying for the post, fate of a person whether he is a hypocrite, liar or he practice any evil deeds which is prohibited By Allah (SWT) shall be cursed and he will be thrown in hell.
“The Hypocrites will be in the lowest depths of the Fire: no helper wilt thou find for them;” (An-Nisaa’: 145)
Hence it is evident that a hypocrite will be rewarded with hell.

Prophet Muhammad said, "When a human being is laid in his grave and his companions return and he even hears their foot steps, two angels come to him and make him sit and ask him: 'What did you use to say about this man, Muhammad?' He will say: 'I testify that he is Allah's slave and His Apostle.' Then it will be said to him, 'Look at your place in the Hell-Fire. Allah has given you a place in Paradise instead of it.' " Prophet Muhammad added, "The dead person will see both his places. But a non-believer or a hypocrite will say to the angels, 'I do not know, but I used to say what the people used to say! It will be said to him, 'Neither did you know nor did you take the guidance (by reciting the Quran).' Then he will be hit with an iron hammer between his two ears, and he will cry and that cry will be heard by whatever approaches him except human beings and jinns."
