Now that I got suckered into this DVD phenomenon, I have to build my DVD library now. Good thing that I did not build a big of video library so I can now concentrate of DVDs only.
So what’s, in you opinion, is the ‘essential’ DVD collection to start with if you were to choose for yourself? I have a few on mind for myself:
1- Goodfellas
2- Pulp Fiction
3- Godfather box set (if it’s available otherwise Part I and II)
4- Alien (The box set. Although I didn’t like part III much)
5- Terminator II
6- The Matrix
7- The Shawshik Redemption
8- Suicide kings
9- Full Metal Jacket
10- Once upon a time in America
11- Indian Jones collection
… and for the rest, that’s mainly based on the personal choice and liking.
yaar if you are a James Bond fan then Tomorrow never dies is a must, especailly the DVD has this interactive thing, its pretty cool. you feel like you are in the movie. Another one is Ronin, I also have the DVD craze right now. I have almost like 70 DVDs, another must have is Matrix. The Star trek movies are very good too!
Well you can either buy all of them seperately or just one 9hr long torture, released as Gulabo, tumhari baraat pur kursiaN lagana. Its a tragedy but oh well :) who cares man! you get to see Reema ba-muqabla Neeli, aint that a treat...and u get to pick ur gulabo too..can't beat that!
