**Too late. Three decades ago, a dictator sold motherland to Sam by getting $5 billions in proxy war fighting for Sam in Afghanistan, created all kinds of demons and jehadis. When your military say no to American aid, things will turn around and perhaps at that time Sam may leave you alone. But you know that this is not going to happen.
