  1. I don't think Hema deserves the title...I dnt know what was so dreamy about her..she just did a movie with that title and then it stuck...I think someone like Zeenat or Parveen would have been better with that title...

  2. Today's girls....hmmm...there are too many...If I had to choose one...I would choose Priyanka Chopra...she did justice to the song "Desi Girl".

am sure quite a few names would pop out :

Kareena, Katrina, Aishwarya, etc.

Hema Malini FOR SURE didnt deserve the title. She in my criteria do not qualify to be a dream girl… (in past times)

1). No because i dont find hema malini all that pretty to be a dream girl. from those times moushmi chatterjee or rekha would have been appropriate for this title.

2) From 90s and todays actresses...Aishwarya rai sooo deserves the title....apart from her namrita shirodkar, riya sen, deepika paudokone, rani mukherji, madhuri dixit.
