Religions, at large, unite the followers under one common umberella. The flip side to it is that at the same time it distinguishes one group (the believers of a particular religion) from another (the believers of a different religion).
Any such catagorization or classification has its due benefits and pitfalls. What do you think are those? Is it better to be divided as such at present or the contrary is a better option?
