Ok, is it just me, or is this Dhoni guy being a little too over-rated. He played one good innings in the 2nd ODI in batsman-helping condiitons. Doesn’t make him a great player, or India’s so called next “star” like all the articles are saying. For all we know, he could be out first ball today. Hands down to his batting in the ODI 2 but cmon, he has more to prove than just one mere century against Pakistan in such great batting conditions. Verdict: OVER_RATED

He is not rated at all. He just had one knock , there were many one match wonders in india . let him prove himself like sehwag then only we can rate him.
Media needs hero, if there isnt any then they make one and soon they bring him down.
i dont think any reputed critic has said that ne is next 'star'.
But at teh same time, you cannot overlook his century, no matter how good conditions are it isnot easy to make century like he made.
My verdict: looks promising but still has to prove himself.

He showed some signs of a good player as he plays with a staright bat, but it is just one inning. So I think it is little toooooooooooo early for him, being called as a superstar.
