responsive in what sense? are you looking to get your bridal outfit from them? its basically an outlet that carries big names like Nomi Ansari and HSY. I think if you get your bridal from them, it would be ready made rather than custom made.

oops one more thing though...i looked at formals there, they were really nice and the prices were also reasonable. I love Mehdi's stuff the most there.

pretty much everything there is custom made as they give the order to the designer and get some commission from the sale. u can change the outfits as per your preference.
the only thing they probably dont customize is karma pink. and i had a pretty good experience with them. gave me my order on time, actually had more embroidery than what she stated initially, i changed something on my bridal shirt which came exactly the way i had requested. they were also ready to change the colors to anything i liked. i saw a lot of custom made bridal dresses there. when i went to try the dress on, the shirt was a bit loose which they fixed in 2 days. the best part was their attitude, they were very friendly and not arrogant at all unlike many designers in pak.
plus a lot of their formals have price tags on them so they wont try to rip u off unlike nomi ansari and probably many others that give different prices to different clients.
whats odd is that the owners daughter was interning at nomi ansari last yr, i hope she doenst pick up his standoffish manners.

ehh, I don't know if I would agree about the attitude there though. My mom took an outfit off of its hanger and the woman working there was like "Mei rakh lehti hoon" but my mom hung it up herself anyways and I caught her rolling her eyes. She looked really embarrassed when she realized I saw her do that.

I actually believe you maybe able to get a cheaper qoute from them, than going to the actual designer. I remeber asking them about a Karma mehndhi dress and their qoute was 7,000-8,000 RPS less than Karma in Lahore.
They usually attempt to sell the formals off the rack, if they can. They'll usually resize the outfit for you, but they also make all outfits made to measure as well.
I found the people there quite staright forward to talk to - no time wasting.

I ordered my bridal jora from them from Unbeatable by Shahla Rehman. Thats the only designer who's bridal collection they carry. Their bridal collection is extremely gorgeous. It was a fairly simple process.. very friendly manager.. they dont bargain much at all.
