The Daina Chronicals by Tina Brown

When I started this book I didn’t give a damn either way but by the end of it I was completely and irresistibly drawn into it.
You don’t have to be interested in the life of Diana, to be able to enjoy this book.
It’s not merely an autobiographical book, its a social commentary on Great Britain, their rulers and their subjects. Also, it’s not a story of a girl who became a Princess and a fairy tale that turned into a nightmare.
It’s a vivid portrait of a marriage which is consumed by oh so ‘common’ elements of jealously, faith and love.

I loved reading this book and still feel a shiver down by spine when I recall the reading experience.
