Is the culture forum only for discussing Pakistani culture (whatever that is!!) and why is it neccesary for the poster of an article to write a comment? He might just have wanted other peoples opnions or let someobody have a say on the matter first before they want to present their own views..

^if everyone started thinking like you, then there would only be copy-pasted articles in that forum without any discussion.
If that article is so interesting for you to have a discussion on it, then either you can start with your own views, or give reasons why you don't want to start with your views first. :--)

If you want to discuss another country's cultures, go find an internet forum by people of that country.
