Mark your calendars. The million counting forward and backward events are in full swing. The events are at an early stage, but have become entrenched a long-term fixtures. At the rate of 20 counts per day ( where counts per day <= posts per day) it is estimated to take 130 years for each thread to reach the finish line. While that event should occur through grandkids, the much anticipated cross- over should occur in the not too distant future - 62.5 years to be exact. Several of the current participants are expected to be around to witness this special event.
Lost in all this is the sideways thread opened by queer. The thread, with rules more flexible than Nadia Commenici, may hover around for a sangam, coniciding with the cross-over of the two threads.
