When this forum was initially started, I was of the understanding that the purpose of this forum is generally educational, and to provide a place to discuss sensitive or taboo issues, not to provide a place to release vent up frustrations.
I find this offensive. infact if this was in a learning or educational environment I wouldn’t mind, but people here seem to respond against established religious rulings in a way which is neither.. infact its accusing.
I’ll request the moderators or admins to take it from here. thanks.
on the other hand if the admins feel that the mentioned thread falls within forum regulations, can I please see what the forum rules are? thanks.
Are you wondering about something but don’t know who to ask? Does your question have something to do with a sensitive or taboo subject? Try this section. We ask that your language is respectful and slang is avoided....
I'm all for discussion of taboo topics. And I do think the forum has been well-moderated and unnecessary threads have been kept out. This instance however I believe the thread escaped the eye of the moderator. Just take care of the few posters who're taking advange of the place to over-step boundries.

Forbidding what is wrong is coupled with believing in allah (swt): "Ye are the best of peoples, evolved for mankind, enjoining what is right, forbidding what is wrong, and believing in Allah."
