If u r the type who loved Deep Impact and Armageddon, and are not bogged down by simple things as prepostrous scientific creativity taken with half-truths and absurd assumptions, then this is the movie for you.
Don’t expect to come out of the theatre with a lot of new scientific knowledge. If anything, this film uneducates the ordinary folks.
However the special effects are mind boggling. Too bad they destroyed our famous Golden Gate bridge and only got some dead birds in Trafalgar Square. There is a serious lack of chemistry between the two lead cast members, but these kinda movies rely more heavily on the special effects than characters.
But, its still a good movie. Keeps you entertained and excited for all of 135 minutes.
man serious of dumb a$$ movies have been gracing the theaters for quite some months now. This comming weekend would be my first in months that I'd really want to go out and enjoy watching a film. And guess which one would it be? Phone Booth.

Now what does that mean? I love The Core and have been anticipating it more than a broken leg. it seriously kicks a$$ with its inaccuracies. And Phone Booth, now that really kicks a$$, I mean what an idea of watching a guy stand in a phone booth for two hours. It's original, I'll say that and great fun!
