Position: Support Analyst
Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Supervisor: Al Fish, Business Systems Manager
**Duties: **

Consult with end-users to analyze and understand user needs, objectives, and issues. Provide end-user instruction and support to resolve application issues. Provide resolution to support issues, and responsible for escalation procedures while retaining ownership of the issues

Develop training materials and provide training for new applications and functionality. Maintain and update application documentation and end user training documentation.

Identify and implement ideas for improvement, cost savings and added value
Qualifications -
IT related certificate or diploma from a recognized post secondary institution and/or 3 years equivalent work experience

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in a Microsoft environment
Skills -
Demonstrated knowledge in Microsoft Office XP 2003, Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/2003, hardware troubleshooting and Oracle Applications are essential

Exceptional communications (written and oral) and customer service skills along with planning, decision making and organizations skills are required
