I read some articles on how to enhance my performance in jogging aka stemna as well. The color red is prefered by athletes, it makes you go that extra mile you want to achieve. Im a loner in most prefered activities, except when its organisational related or family thingy.
A combo of red t-shirt or pants for jogging, just makes me keep going.....
My joggers are in red too. Actually I love the color red, but its a color that attracts too much attention. Red looks great on women.
Even in China and Japan, the wedding dress is red. Mine was white, due to our traditions.
When it comes to communication/dining:
Avoid red color, since arguements and negotiations simply end in quarrels. In white house, they had to redecorate a conference room, because politicians would always end up fighting instead of reaching a mutual decison.....
I have red japanese huge fan hanging in entrance. A kimono in redish colors just as decoration or art. It was a real wedding kimono. Yup, love red roses...being pathan. Was bought up in gardens of roses. My uncle was one of the first people to get "black" roses in our province. Roses are the subtance derams and desires are made of. Kinda getting too philo....lol
