Have you ever been to a developed country i.e. USA or any European Country. They have numerous projects much bigger then what you mentioned above. In these country a countless number of projects are regularly halted because of danger to some kind of Eagle or a racoon (let alone people). One of the most known example is that of Alaska oil drilling where Oil companies are prohibited to drill because of danger to caribous ( a kind of deer).

i am very welll aware of the industry of not just hear but in pakistan is well, and the excuses given by the court for the projects listed by me are riddiculusly stupid, and it would be laughted at hear in the UK,
