Actually, the two justices who released some of these terrorists and order the Lal Masjid to be re-opened have already taken oath under the new PCO.
Secondly, If you can't prove somebody to be a terrorist, then he is not a terrorist. Pakistan is a country, where you can be put on 14-day remand for stealing a egg and put into a jail forever and you are saying that hardened terrorists were freed. Come one! Be realistic!
i understand you letting go of a thief after not being proven one, but a terroist is a completly different thing, its hard to prove them, they are hardcore fanatics, letting them go will mean a few more explosions and alot more deaths, its better to keep them locked up for a while and give the gov. more time to investigate.
