What a BS! Simple and plain BS. No you cant have $35 B set aside of many energy projects most of which are outside Punjab, in Sindh etc. No Center is choking any one. Calling COAS will not do any thing, remember third umpire! COAS days are gone, they have learned their lesson to do their job. I suggesst instead of being crying / whining babies, do your work and let others do their work. BTW check closely where the profits / or budgets of Center are going these days, perhaps COAS will be able to tell exactly. If you read article closely, there are Two sides of story. The backpayments or so called payments are from things as far back as 2005 and who are you to say that KPK is fully correct in its stance, what if, they are not due anything/ This is more of a legal issue that is going on for some time so putting a blame on PMLN and later try to make it a punjabi issue is pretty stupid, classless and reckless. Regardless, boat has sailed on these items. As an commodity tarriff designer albeit in another country, disputes like these over type and amount of payments are very common among various governmental agencies and oganization. So let it be a legal Issue and not make whats its not! Get a grip.
Oh yes I forgot, COAS will not intervene, he has better things to do. For example, baby sitting a buffoon PM on foriegn tours because no one takes him seriously or the crook uses official tours for family business deals. If you remember correctly, in that two penny sham democracy run by world best democrats, it was Army Chief who ordered the JC! LOL
With whole guarantees COAS has given to China in regards to security and smooth completion of CPEC, let's see how he reacts to the news when Pashtuns confirms the choking of the Western route. KPK is central to Pakistan's fight against terrorism, Punjabi oligarchs may not give a crap about any other province other than Punjab, but Pakistan's army wouldn't want any instability returning to KPK and the factors that might hinder the implementation of NAP. When things get out of control, maybe then we will see which person your PM chooses to become the* 'saalis'* in this whole game.
Please stop throwing the term 'legal' randomly and carelessly just to cover the real issue. It is an inter-governmental issue. Federal Ministers and bureaucracy are involved. It will become a legal issue when KPK goes to Supreme Court. You can pretend to have your head buried in sand that no dirty politics is being played, but this is not the reality. When your crooked Minister doesn't even show up to the meetings, doesn't maintain any communications. the other party has every right to feel frustrated and let down, and betrayed. Especially if they are the weaker side.
But I hope KPK takes every possible step to get its share. In Pakistan it is impossible to get your rights without issuing threats. KPK has plenty of options to bring these criminal Punjabis oligarchs to their knees.
He is not a model CM because he NOT ! **He is nothing but a Political Prostitute **that has gotten his nephews, neaces, relatives elected in to NA / Isb local bodies etc etc. He is a cunning ass wipe who is playing Imran and he is the retard who was dancing on container when people in KPK were dying and he is the one who was Barking about taking Govt down only to get slap on his face. He is the one that got the so called Corrupt QWP back in Govt when threatend with vote of no confidence and he is the one that told Imran to shove it up his ass when came resignations. No he has no posters or nothing because he has NOT done any thing to put posters on. When he will do some thing we will see. With ANP regaining its lost ground (won most of Noshera/Peshawar in local bodies), PTI should be worried about them instead. In 2018, may even need PMLN's 13 / 14 Hazara/Abbottbad/Mansehra/Haripur seats to make Govt.
Awwww. That must mean your super duper God sent CM Shahbaz must be a mega prostitute for having his entire family in politics and growing up in the laps of a dictator, and belonging to a party that distributed fake nude pictures of a potential female Prime Minister. Wasn't your CM also barking against Zardari, and later called him home, touched his feet and apologised for his barking only to get slap on his face.
If you are going to use such language. I can also rip apart PMLN leadership in the same manner. So you might want stick to the topic instead of imagining prostitutes.
I wouldn’t mind exposing your every single lie if it wasn’t such a tedious task. For your information, Government ads are Government ads, they are not supposed to have pictures of personalities. CM KPK is a professional and employee of KPK Gov. He doesn’t need any cheap personal publicity for his office whereas Showbaz is all about Showbazi and personal publicity. He thinks he owns Punjab government office as personal property.
Here’s KPK’s first major development project: of Bab e Peshawar. One has no option but to smoke some real sht to see Khattak’s face here:
Similar project in Lahore, and no prize for spotting Shahbaz.
The reason why PMLN supporters think CM is not a model CM is because Khattak’s face doesn’t appear on KPK Government ads. Maybe if Punjab government stop spending billions on Sharif’s family’s personal publicity, they will money to pay other provinces their due share.
Below is the picture of Punjab Youth Festival and KPK’s Artisan Festival. Yup, Shahbaz with his picture on the poster win’s the award for a model CM:
Does Karachi get its own special development budget by Federal or Provisional Government? No. Now tell me if it's unfair or funny.
Resource and wealth distribution is the mother of all ethnic and provisional issues in Pakistan. You lost half of country due this major factor. I really don't see anything funny or trivial about this issue.
Karachi despite the unfair treatment is still the financial hub of the country with large private and commercial centre producing it's own wealth. KPK is a war torn, semi rural province where 1000s of schools and homes are destroyed by militancy and natural disasters. It is plagued by high illiteracy and unemployment rate. The province has no real industry of its own - if you won't give them their due share, how will they develop themselves?
KPK has very less of an agriculture industry. It has no real manufacturing or professional services sector, no textile industry. Yes mineral resources are there, but that's quite complicated. But in short term, the only industry that has serious potential to become their economic backbone is Tourism.
The KPK is blessed with absolutely breathtaking natural beauty but why would anyone visit those areas when they have no hotels, no electricity, no proper road network, no public entertainment. If you want KPK to become economically self sufficient, you need to invest in these things, and that means giving them the money that rightfully belongs to them! They are not asking for bheek. It's their promised share.
No I am not suggesting for provinces to shut up, rather I am suggesting that this is not a political issue rather a **legal issue **between State parties and inter governments involving many parties. No where it said Center agreed to any thing, if any thing, the article is simply giving an account of events in this dispute.
If PMLN was running KPK and Fed then it could've been different story, but smaller provinces do cry for such issues, and this is one of the reasons, you can call it legal or political but it adds to grievances.
When a company files for bankruptcy in western world, the debotrs are not paid right away or lump sump. The Center or whole of Pakistan is in same situation etc. Who knows but reading article one thing is clear Center is not choking any one and CM KPK is trying to stir rhetoric which is futile. He should grow or let grown ups work the deal.
Howcome no funds are blocked for Punjab? oh wait, bhai bhai hayn Fed or Punjab.
How do you know there are no disputes between Center and Punjab ? There are existing disputes that are legal in nature over distribution of resources etc between center and every province, several of them actually. My point is simply that these legal disputes are not political and shouldn't be made as such. They exist for several years and will continue to exist for several years to come.

So why to cry here but work hard. This is exactly why people voted PTI in KPK because they got tired for fiasco of ANP and Mullahs before but in return more of same is given to them. Where their elected CM was dancing on container in capital trying to over throw an elected government. So much for priorities. Crying and Whining go on so much and by elections, local bodies elections showed us that a great majority is now fed up of whining of PTI and quite frankly disgusted with their rhetoric of dharans, whining, shouting and zero performance. Still 2.5 years to go so time to man up and work. There is enough in KPK for CM to work with and where there is a dispute with federal govt, negotiation instead of dancing to take the govt down is the way to go.
As for using language for politicians, be my guest, I dont give rats ass on if you abuse Sharifs or any other politician. That comes with territory. I am just raising voice against trying to make every thing a Punjab issue with the years of failures lie with other provinces and because of their own choices. Sharif's are not even Punjabi's, they are Kashmiries. The true Punjabi Party is Q League with Jatt/Rajput leadership and they were destroyed in Punjab. So much for Punjabi vote. The fact that most punjabi that are deeply divided in to their own Clan / Baradari system can vote for a Kashmir family now, a Sindhi family in Past and a Pushtun leader in record numbers in 2013 tells the true story of how openly Punjab votes.

Great if in 2.5 years there is something to show. Keep up the good work because there are miles to go before even catching dust of Mian Shahbaz Sharif. As for pictures, if you dont want dont do it but Dont tell others what to do! This is politics, and if Govt of Punjab wants to put a face on to its successes, so be it. There is nothing right or wrong here so no need to tell us what to do with ads and vice versa. Simply perform!

There is a dispute "I should get that" and there is a claim for no-payment, do you understand the difference?
PMLN’s new strategy of seeking revenge from PTI’s leadership sitting in Islamabad and Karachi is to choke KPK financially. A stable and developed KPK is the biggest threat to their hold on Punjab. The plan is to frustrate the KPK administration so much that PTI government is forced to pull the ethnic card to seek their rights, and in return PMLN will use that as a propaganda to show PTI as another regional Pashtun nationalist party to win support of their Punjabi chauvinist supporters.
So apart from Rs100 billion of Net Hydel Profit. KPK government is also owned the following:
Rs.29 billion Gas and Oil royalty
Rs.119 billion water royalty
Rs 66.28 billion security funds
