For those of you who read my blog, this isn’t new. But for all the others, my story goes something like this:
My 6 year old, dear to my heart, digital camera has mysteriously disappeared. The last I used it was on September 2nd, at home, inside.
After that my daughters were taking pictures of their teeth and eyeballs, and according to the older one, she put it right back on the computer desk.
We don’t remember taking it out of the home. Only one person has visited us since then, a good friend of my husband’s. No kids, no cable guy or maid service.
I have looked everywhere I can think of. Many people have been kind to make suggestions on my blog. Now I open it to you all, my Cafe friends, to suggest some possibilities…

it happens. when our house was being renovated, we moved to a rented place, few houses away, i still remember putting the camera in a huge blanket bag with the blanket, in the cupboard and seeing it several times afterwards but once we moved back to the new house, couldnt find it. searched the rented house and new house and still after 4 years havnt got any clue about what had happened to it,
it was in my parents room, and noone goes near that room, so i often wonder
what had happened to it.
I did check already. The camera is bulkier than what we have these days. So it cannot hide in such spots. Any other thoughts?
Abb toh hazaraat karwana paray ga. You might know what it is .
It is when an amil is called to house and he will put some blalck ink on the thumb of a kid and will put him into trance to figure out who stole the thing.
It is very common in pinds and even in city slums of Pakistan.
He’s a bit worried and stressed after reading your comment in AQ’s thread.
