Hey, thanks guys for being so concerned!!I am not starving or eating very less. Didn’t you initially say that we have to do the diet for 3 days and then 4 days of normal eating and then back on the diet and we could follow this for 40 days to lose 30 lbs (though I don’t think I wpuld lose that much, maybe 10-15 tops)?

I lost 2 lbs on the 3 day diet, then when I went back on the normal diet (today is day 3 of the normal diet), I tried not to overeat and lost another one and half lb. I am not overdoing it but not starving either. I even ate a red velvet cupcake with icecream but just a small portion. I think the 3 day diet kick starts the metabolism in such a way that the body loses for a few more days even after starting the normal diet.

I am not sure if I can really stick to the diet for asecond round anyway, but lets try and see. I am just taking it one day at a time!!
