What about Benazir Bhutto’s two terms as Prime Minister? What about other times when Sindh’s CM was from PPP? What about local MNA/MPAs doing for their localities?
I don’t recall any big industries being bought by government of Pakistan under Ziaul Haq time, can you mention some?

They filled those with their men.
And there was no CM from PPP in any government . This is always arranged for Punjab only to keep it away from 2nd grade Pakistanis of other provinces.
