I have a quick and simple question:
I am trying to get my tiny company off the ground and I need to fill couple of positions for software developers located in Karachi. What is the best way to approach people short of actually going to Karachi? I tried the job boards, Mustakbil and Rozee (sucks big time), and received some responses; but I need to reach a wider pool of talent. So what should I do?
