I have come to this conclusion after finding that i spend more time eating for energy to stay awake and study than i actually study itself. So nothing absorbed save fat.
Mornings are better.Your too lazed up to get up and eat and you take in a hell of a lot more. I thought i would share this hugely important information with all the dieting students out there.
The best time for me is first thing in the morning. My concentration level goes down as the day progresses. too many distractions..too many things..

And somehow I still dont learn. I still study at night. Its a horrible habit. I often wake up in the morning with all sorts of interesting patterns on my face, reason being that I tend to fall asleep on my books.
