Showering in super hot water in Arctic weather for 15 minutes after you’re done working ur tushi off for a couple of hours!!! Combined with the AXE Touch effect and some Old Spice! Makes me wanna go and workout for another 2 hours! Priceless!!

Everybody knows it is more wise to shower with luke warm water, in fact, cold water is better, as is switching between hot/luke warm and cold.
If its good enough for Mr.Bond, its good enough for me.
I hate hot water, cold is the way to be!

Spock, avoid drastic temperature changes. For example, if you’ve just come back indoors after a long jog in cold weather, avoid taking a shower immediately. It could be really really not nice

do this, let the hot water run, until you run out of it. then take a quick soak, and come out all nice and warm and stuff.

All I know is that James Bond switches from hot to cold when showering so I do it too. Plus cold water is really good for your hair. I alway wash and condition my hair in cold water. Its the best and I have pretty nice hair innit!
How about when ur having a hot shower, and all of a sudden the boiler messes up and the water turns ice cold? I experianced tht this morning
