Another thing that counts in a live performance is the sound quality. Unfortunately, not many bands/artists pay much emphasis to that. However, people like Najam and the late JJ still manage to get out a good show despite poor sound equipments and configurations, which is also a plus point. As for Abrar, alot of his concerts are recordings.

Fakhr-e-alam is definetly the best! Next would be Abrar and Haroon. I havent seen Junoon perform live so I cannot say, but they must be good.

Yeah! One of the reasons why they are so good is that they do a big sound check before a concert. I have worked with them on sound checks, and they spend about 2-3 hours on that.

Abida Perveen. She is one performer who sings live better than recorded. And you know for sure because she talks in between lyrics. I've heard NFAK is the only Pakistani performer better than her.
