You can always go for sugar free juices. Also, if you are getting the not from concentrate juice, the sugar content won’t be too high. Pure cranberry juice and promegranate juice have pretty low sugar content and are full of oxidents.

Sorry, anar juice is pretty high in sugar and should be taken with some food to reduce GI.
