Well i tried taking each little seed part and squeezing it by hand... but thats just too much effort to get juice. Other than that - I am not sure how to get its juice out :(
no this is not the right way...
there r too many juicers companies in markets.....for this purpose (carrot, anaar, apple)
juicers have a chimney like tube at the top in which u drop the fruits.....for anar seeds( cut it into 4 or 5 pieces then hold one piece in ur hand as its seed side would b at ur palm now take a spoon and hit it strongly on the upper side(chilka wali side)....afer 2 or 3 hits all the portion is cleaned nd DAANAy in the bowl that u have placed under ur hand.
now put these daany in juicer in chimney n juice is ready in seconds.
Tukhm-e-Balanga A.K.A Baabchi in colloquial urdu (pronounced Tukh Malanga in Punjabi) are the seeds used in juices .... There is no juice of Tukhm-e-Balanga in itself...
You can always go for sugar free juices. Also, if you are getting the not from concentrate juice, the sugar content won't be too high. Pure cranberry juice and promegranate juice have pretty low sugar content and are full of oxidents.
Sorry, anar juice is pretty high in sugar and should be taken with some food to reduce GI.
Anar ka ras is one of the many juices that are good for you. So is sour cherry juice and blackberry juice and aronia juice. Beet juice is also very good.
