For an major event: 2 week plan
Much like souch beach:
Cut out rice, bread, potatoes, naan, roti, sugar (you can have splenda) - you will lose inches
Want to make an even bigger impact: Once a day either do 20 minutes of cardio or strength exercises
If you want a short high impact workout - try jiilian michaels 30 day shread - it's only 22 minutes but you are going to cry but your body will change soooooo drastically. She is AWESOME
