Hey dude I have been hearing about return of vital signs for the past two years and that also included the name of their next album "revitalization" Any news about them?
VS always teased us by releasing their albums within a span of two -three years.
The greatest band of all time period, no one can come close.
Junaid Jamshed is the greatest ever singer to come out of the Asian subcontinent, no Abrar, Noorjahan, Muhammad Rafique, AR Rahman can match his greatness.
I can't wait for the VS get togeather if it is true.

I totall agree with you on this sherry! I love Junoon. But my obsession with Junaid and VS is a lot more than what it is for Junoon...
But the only thing is that recent dovelopments in Junaid's life where he left music and also not being able to get back with Vital signs has dissappointed me. Junaid isn't sincere to his music anymore. I have seen him perform and now he lacks the passion that he used to have years ago...

I was dicussing this fact with Salman Ahmed when he came to Kalamazoo in October. Salman was telling me Ali PTV parr anay kay liye bas PTV director ko sir parr bithana hota hay...
Abrar was brought up and how he is very "close" to the PTV director and thats why he is so much on the air waves... I bet just like Abrar, Shahida Minni and Irum Hassan are very "close" to the PTV director too.
But for Junaid. He doesn't like giving appearances anymore. He is more of a family man and also has become very business oriented..
It was good to see him on PTV the other day though.. Talking about DIL DIL Pakistan being the third most famous song in the world!

yaar come on AB. I understand when you say that about Ms. Minni and Ms. Hasan but at least spare Abrar. The man's got enough firepower to get on satellite channels if he wants to. I don't think the PTV wants him to be on either, it's just that he's so popular you can't make him stay away. plus, pray tell what is it that Abrar could offer PTV directors that could compare to Irum Hasan/Sahihda Minni's offerings? get my drift man? kasam say yaar if you wanna get laid, at least demand something classy. Irum Hasan, Shahida Minni, Jaanan Malik, and I feel like puking me guts out.
I never was a big fan of Junaid's music when compared to his Vital Signs' work. But he seems like such a nice guy, it is a shame that he's leaving his public life. I guess that means that the VS reunion is also no more. it seems like the end of an era, an era of decenct and quality entertainment.
I agree with you Sambrialian.. But I know for a fact that Abrar is PTV director's chamcha.. Now I can give you some factual information, but I get into some serious problems as a lot of famous names are invloved in the discussion I had about abrar.
As for Having a little standard and not going for Irum Hassan and Shahida Minni.. Yaar PTV director kaun saa classy banda hay kay he will go for classy girls!
And Junaid yaar. I was really happy that he came back to music. But I dont know after a recent meeting with him and facts that I have found out. I feel sorry for the guy. He is in music just because of peer pressure and also to oblige his contract.
