My daughter has been having chronic nose bleeds since she was only a few weeks old. Doctor has said that she will eventually grow out of it and not to be bothered so we have learned to live with it and so has she.
Unfortunately there are times when we cannot prevent drips.....like during sleep or when she is in school and she can't get to tissues in time. These are also times when we simply cannot treat the stained area immediately and the marks tend to set in.
I need a sure-fire way to remove set-in blood stains. The remedy must be tried and true because I have already tried most of the commonly available advice.
So......my question is.......drum-roll please.....
What is the best method to remove nose bleed stains from bedsheets, clothing and other fabric items?

Best is to soak them in cold water and a non chlorine bleach, then wash as normal.

The easiest way to remove blood from fabric is to use hydrogen peroxide. It will "boil" the stain out just as it will clean a wound

Take some salt and rub it into the stain area like 'fold the stain in on its self and rub the fabric together'. When the blood is nearly gone wash it as normal with cold water

wow.....there are two that I have never tried so I will go with both of those.....
hydrogen perozide and rubbing salt......
I will try them both on the next nosebleed stain and let you guys know what happens.
