My Question is regards wood flooring … would you polish it regularly? if yes , what kind of polish and how occasionally would you polish the floors? I want mine to have a sheen, but its become dull since I scrubbed it to get dry paint off it …
Really appreciate all your advices

I don't have wood flooring at my house but at work place we do have it. So I don't know which polish they use but the floors are polished almost every 3 -4 months.

try this cb it works a treat n its cheap too :@:
Make sure all ur furniture is out of the way inc rugs. Sweep any dirt n dust n make sure the floor is clean from excess debris
Fill a bucket with 1/2 cup white distilled vinegar n 8 pints of warm water, place the bucket on an old towel on the floor to catch and spills n drips
Soak ur mop in the water vinegar solution, and ring it out. Repeat it several times, the mop shud now b damp but not soaking wet
Start in one corner of the room working ur way across, mopping with the solution. Change the water if it begins to get dirty
wipe up any puddles or spills/excess moisture with a cloth n let the room air dry
u can now put all ur furniture back once is dry.
This mthod shud b repeated occasionally like every few weeks :D
alternatively u cud get down on ur knees n use wax which will take u forever ;)
ps- once its all dry the smell will automatically go :)

or simply get rid of teh flooring ..and you wont have to go to this hassel every now and then and simply put in a nice carpet ..or laminate flooring ..:@:

Add some pine soil solution to water, soak your mop in it and then mop the floor. Pine Soil is an oil based solution and it will bring the shine of the wood.
