The Best 14TH

Merey aziz humwatoN, there is only one date for every Pakistani in the entire month of August – 14th August. It’s approaching

We are planning a competition like Best Of The Best to welcome the 60th anniversary of our independence. We request all of you to participate in this competition in style. Please note that:

***** Nazms and ghazals, both are allowed.
***** Grahpics and colors are also fully allowed.
***** Audio and video clips are also allowed.

Point Scale:
Presentation: 6, Ghazal/nazm: 3, Source: 1

Since this is a celebration time, we are allocating more points to Presentation. Make your entry the best-looking in terms of images and colors. Quality of poetry will get 3 marks this time and source, as usual, 1 point.

Schedule:
Competition Starts: 8th August, 1800GMT
Competition Closes: 12th August, 1800GMT
Results: 13th August 1900GMT (12:00AM 14th August in Pak)

Panel of judges will be announced later.

No, actually I realized that bakrayz are actually useless until only slaughtered…

bakries are useful, we dun need to slaughter them and still get milk :halo:

hmmm, should i be part of Panel of Judges
but even though would like to post something, but will ask not to be considered for final result. dont know where my patriotism has gone dont have those feelings for Pakistan that i had 5, 6 years ago.

Install them on your system...that should be enough. I have Power InPage, so Urdu ke leeye kabhi photoshop ki zaroorat nahi parri.

tu kidher say milay ga ye **Power InPage :) **mayray pass ayk old version hay in page ka, but such poochoo tu i didnt use it much na hi theek say aata hay use kurna, but by mixing both of them (inPage and Adobe) thora bahut kaam chula layta hoon if needed. not a graphic designer anyway, so buss sirf shok kay liye hi :)

waisaY, contest was not for the poet but for the poetry.

Ghalib and Faiz are way bigger name than Amjad Islam Amjad too, in my opinion.
