It's policies and how they affect ethnicity. If tomorrow Kayani becomes President and continues Mush's polices, he will also be hated by a certain element in a certain province.
Mush is hated by EVERYONE in every province, except among the MQM... Mush is hated by eveyone who respects the country and constitution.
Kiyani would be hated not because he is a punjabi, but because he continues the dictatorial policies of the Mush govt..
So again, has ntohing to do with ethnicity... You MQM people just cite ethnic issues when you feel cornered.
