its shiite, so all muslims should be advised to stay away from it and or recognise that it is not islamic.
however one of the makers has declared his own MAHDI-HOOD and we have the birth of a shortlived sub cult. his followers are going around the shiite community insupport of the guys claim presenting hadiths for themselves

i just finished watching it recently. Heres my take on it.
Number 1 - They preached against music yet they had music playing throughout the whole series making it hypocritical
Number 2 - I felt they used too much "Hollywood effects" to lure people in and get them glued to the series. Once again hypocritical as they preached against Hollywood in parts of the series.
Number 3 - A lot of their points are inaccurate. For example, the whole bloodline thing about the royal family and presidents all being related, is very much in line with masonic thinking - yet the story is supposed to be told from a muslim perspective. Some are straight up fabricated for example about the 13 steps thing.
Number 4 - However some of their basic points are fine. I actually learned a bit from the series but I took whatever they had to say with a grain of salt. Also the whole Hollywood effects thing it can be argued that they used it to expose the series to a wider audience.
Number 5 - The message they are trying to get across I dont have a problem with. The way they are going about it is wrong. They are using fear and paranoia to get the message across and telling the audience that there is more evil in the world than good.
If you are gonna watch it, take what they say with a grain of salt.

Regardless to knowing that who created the series of the Arrivals and also by neglected the music used in it, I concentrate only on the message which they are trying to gives and I think its very difficult to believe whether the message is true of false b'coz of the recent era where likeness of wordly affairs are more than any other things.
