Grease the container you put your aata in & it will not stick.

Yup, think i will try greasing the container with a bit of oil before placing the dough in it .. that might make it easier to come off at the end ..

Sorry guys , problem is not washing it off ... problem is scratching the last bits out of the container coz i dont like wasting ata .. sometimes i use a spatula to pull the last bits off .. but then its a hassle :(

My mom rubs the sides of the container with a little oil and then put the atta in the container.

best is CB either start wrapping it in cling in this way ata will not come in contact wth container else add water in container before washing lieave for 30 mins it will automatically remove

yaaay .. oiling the container before putting the aata in it has really really helped … thanks so much guys for the tip … wondering why i never thought of it :cb:

Ata comes out pretty smoothly and when its nearing the end , there is literally no mess in the container , all due to the oil ..

before you put the aata in the bowl put a spoon of oil around the edges.
