Lakshmi is born with a parasitic twin with 4 arms and legs.

The Hindu population of the area started worshipping her as a Goddess of the same name.

I think last year doctors removed her extra limbs, reconstructed her hips and pelvic area and now she is a normal girl. it took 30 docs and 40 hrs. it was all over the world media.
